Office 365 - Add a Second Email Account - Outlook
- Click the Start menu.
Search for and click Control Panel.
- Click Mail.

- Click Show Profiles....

- Click Add....

- Enter profile name.
Click OK.
- Click Manual setup or additional server types.
Click Next.
- Check Office 365.
Enter the email address you want to add.
Click Next.
- Uncheck Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone too.
Click Finish.
If you want Outlook to prompt you which account to open continue following the steps below.
- Check Prompt for a profile to be used.
Click Apply.
Click OK.
- Close and restart Outlook. Choose what account you want to open.
