Microsoft Authenticator - Authentication Method: Text or Call
If you do not have a phone number or email on file with us, please follow the steps below.
You can choose Text or Call to authenticate.
Text
- Tap Text.
- Enter the Code, from your text.
Click Don't ask again for 30 days.
Click Verify.
- Stay signed in? If you are using a personal computer and not a shared computer you can check Don't show this again and then click Yes. If you are using a shared or public computer choose No.
Call
- Tap Call.
- Click Don't ask again for 30 days.
- Answer the phone call.
- Press the # key to sign in.
