CVTC 101: Set Up an E-Refund Account

  1. Log into Commons.

  2. Click SIS, from the top navigation bar.

  3. Click Student.

  4. Click Cashier Connection.

  5. Click Cashier Connection.

  6. Click Electronic Refunds, on the right hand side.

  7. If you have never set up Two-Step Verification before follow the steps below before continuing to step 8.
    • Click Enroll in Two-Step Verification.
    • Choose Preferred Method and follow prompts.
    • Click Setup Method.
    • Click Refunds, at the top.

  8. Click Complete Two-Step Verification.

  9. Enter Passcode.
    Click Verify.

  10. Click Set up a new account.

  11. Enter your Refund Method (Checking or Savings) and Billing Information.
    Enter a Name for your payment method.
    Click Continue.

  12. Double check the information and read the terms. Check I Agree.
    Click Continue.
