• No Liability for Data Loss:CVTC shall not be liable for any loss of data, including but not limited to personal files, software programs, or any other information stored on the devices. The buyer is solely responsible for backing up and safeguarding any data prior to purchasing or using the devices.
  
  
• No Liability for Malfunctions:CVTC shall not be liable for any malfunctions, defects, or damages arising from the use of the devices, including but not limited to hardware failures, software errors, or compatibility issues.
  
  
• No Guarantee of Compatibility:CVTC does not guarantee the compatibility of the devices with any specific software, hardware, or peripherals. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchasing the devices.
  
  
• No Warranty of Future Support:The buyer understands and acknowledges that CVTC does not guarantee future support, updates, or availability of drivers, software patches, or technical assistance for the purchased devices.
  
  
• No Refunds or Exchanges:All sales are final, and CVTC does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for purchased devices unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
  
  
• Indemnification: buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CVTC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or disposal of the devices.
  
  
• Payment: Transactions must be made exclusively through credit card transactions; cash payments will not be accepted. Chippewa Valley Technical College requires buyers to settle their purchases using credit cards as the sole authorized method of payment. This streamlined approach ensures a secure and efficient financial transaction process. Buyers are encouraged to have valid and authorized credit cards ready for payment at the conclusion of the transaction.
