  • No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final, and CVTC does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for purchased devices unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

  • Indemnification: The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CVTC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or disposal of the devices.

  • Payment: Transactions must be made exclusively through credit card transactions; cash payments will not be accepted. Chippewa Valley Technical College requires buyers to settle their purchases using credit cards as the sole authorized method of payment.
