Microsoft Authenticator - New Device
If you recently got a new phone, lost your phone, or cannot access your Microsoft Authenticator App and cannot sign into your CVTC account follow the directions below to gain access through alternative methods.
- Click I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now.
- Choose Text or Call.
- The number available is what we currently have on file for you. If the number isn't correct you will need to contact the Service Desk at 715-830-5555 for further assistance.
- Once you get logged in it is recommended to make sure that your information is updated. Click here for instructions on how to update your phone number in SIS.
- If you choose Text, enter the Code.
Click Verify. - If you choose Call, tap the # key when prompted.
- You should now be logged into your account.
- Once you are logged into your account you will want to go in and update your authentication methods. Click here for instructions on how to update your method to your new phone.
