Outlook - Create Email Signature

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click File.

  4. Click Options.

  6. Click Mail > Signatures.

  8. Click New, under E-mail Signature.

  10. Enter a name for the signature.
    Click OK.

  12. Verify the correct email account is chosen, under Choose default signature, in the upper right corner.
    Choose the signature you want for composing a new messages and/or Replies/forwards from the drop downs.
    Click OK.
