***Self Service is automatically installed on most CVTC Apple Devices***

JAMF Self Service can be used to install apps without having to sign into your personal iTunes account. Can't find what you are looking for? Please submit a ticket at https://servicedesk.cvtc.edu/ and your request will be reviewed.

1. Open Self Service, from home screen.
   
   
   
2. Choose locations settings:
   Tap Only While Using the App.
   Tap Always Allow.
   Tap Don't Allow.
   
   
   
3. Choose notifications settings:
   Tap Don't Allow.
   Tap Allow.
   
   
   
4. Common apps are available on the home screen.
   Or tap , in the upper right hand corner, to search for apps.
   
   
   
5. Search for app.
   Tap the app you wish to download.
   
   
   
6. Tap INSTALL.
