JAMF Self Service - iPhone & iPad
***Self Service is automatically installed on most CVTC Apple Devices***
JAMF Self Service can be used to install apps without having to sign into your personal iTunes account. Can't find what you are looking for? Please submit a ticket at https://servicedesk.cvtc.edu/ and your request will be reviewed.
- Open Self Service, from home screen.
- Choose locations settings:
Tap Only While Using the App.
Tap Always Allow.
Tap Don't Allow. - Choose notifications settings:
Tap Don't Allow.
Tap Allow. - Common apps are available on the home screen.
Or tap, in the upper right hand corner, to search for apps.
- Search for app.
Tap the app you wish to download. - Tap INSTALL.
