Student AppleCare Warranty

All new student iPads include 4-year AppleCare+ that covers repairs and manufacturer faults with no service fees. Student iPads prior to June 2023 included 2-year AppleCare+ coverage.

You can check your warranty status at https://checkcoverage.apple.com.

If you are having an issue with your iPad or iPad accessory you can reach Apple support at 1-800-275-2273 and an Apple representative will walk you through the claim process.

If you need a device to use while your iPad is out for repair you can check an iPad out from the BEC library.
