Student AppleCare Warranty
All new student iPads include a 4-year AppleCare+ plan that covers accidental damage from handling and hardware services for defects or consumed battery with no service fees. Student iPads prior to June 2023 included a 2-year AppleCare+ Plan.

If you are having an issue with your iPad or covered Apple branded iPad accessory you can reach Apple support at 1-800-275-2273 and an Apple representative will walk you through the service process.
If you need a device to use while your iPad is out for service you can check an iPad out from the LRC.

Warranty Issues Involving Logitech Cases
Logitech cases aren’t covered under the AppleCare+ plan and would be subject to Logitech’s warranty. Coverage on the Logitech Rugged Combo Touch is Three Years.
