Email - Remove Account Outlook Office 365 Personal Computer

    1. Close Outlook, if open.
    2. Click the Start Menu. Start typing Control Panel.
      Click Control Panel.
      Control Panel

    3. Click Mail (32-bit).
      Click Mail

    4. Click Show Profiles...
      Show Profiles

    5. If you have multiple profiles, make sure the correct profile is selected.
      Click Remove.
      Click Remove

    6. Click Yes.
      Click Yes

    7. Click Apply.
    8. Click OK.

***The following steps are for CVTC computers only***

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Enter Profile Name.
    Click OK.
    Profile Name

  3. Click Next.
    Click next

  4. Click OK.
    Click ok

  5. Click Finish.
    Click Finish

  6. If prompted for credentials enter cvtc\username and password.
    Make sure Remember my credentials is checked.
    Click OK.
    Remember my credentials
