Canvas - How to Submit a Video on My iOS Device to an Assignment in the Canvas App

  1. Open your course.
    Courses

  2. Select the assignment. Keep in mind that you may need to work through previous items in the course Modules first.

  3. Click the name of the assignment

  4. Click the Submission Assignment button at the bottom.

  5. Select your submission type. Your instructor will decide which submission type options are available for an assignment, so all types may not be available.

  6. Use the dialog to select files from your device. Your selection will be shown before you submit the file(s).

  7. Tap Submit to complete the upload. When an on-time (not past the due date) upload has successfully completed, you will see a confetti animation. You will also see a timestamp for when the submission was completed.
