Microsoft 365 Copilot (formerly Office 365) - How to Access Online

You can access Microsoft 365 Copilot apps (formerly known as Office 365) from the web using any type of device, including Macs and Chromebooks. This includes apps like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

1. 1. Sign into the CVTC Commons.
      • The gray bar at the top of the page includes quick links, such as:
        • Email - your CVTC email, hosted by Microsoft Outlook.
        • OneDrive - cloud storage in Microsoft OneDrive, which is integrated with Microsoft 365.
          
          
          
          
   2. Click the waffle menu in the top-left corner to access a list of Microsoft 365 Copilot apps.
      
      
      
      
   3. Click on any app to open, or click All Apps if you do not see the app listed.
