What is happening?
On Saturday August 10th Network Services staff will be cutting over to new storage hardware as part of planned equipment lifecycle.
How does this impact me?
From 12:00PM – 6:00PM any files that you have stored on the network, such as the N or S Drives, will be inaccessible.
How can I prepare for the outage?
- Copy any files that you need to work on to another location such as OneDrive for Business or a flash drive.
- There is a low risk for data corruption should you remain logged in and connected to the CVTC network during the cutover. Please remember to log out of Windows at the end of your work week.
