Network Outage Communication
Due to a network outage, CVTC campus buildings will be closed January 20-22. Classes for January 20-22 are canceled unless you have been notified otherwise by your instructor. Several CVTC systems will continue to be inaccessible during this time. Phones at CVTC campuses will also be unavailable.
For classes that will be held on January 20-22, as approved by the divisional Dean, instructors should email students to notify them that their class will be in session on these days. CVTC systems (as identified below) should not be utilized while on-campus.
The ability for employees to work on January 20-22 based upon system and device accessibility should be determined by the supervisors and communicated to all team members.

IMPORTANT: All CVTC Windows operating system devices on campuses should be powered down. Those utilizing a CVTC-issued laptop running a Windows operating system should remain powered down and not utilized until further notice. Apple devices (iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, etc.) can be used. Direction on how to clean Windows operating system devices will be forthcoming.
Below is a partial listing of systems that you may currently be able to access utilizing a CVTC-issued phone or other CVTC-issued Apple devices such as an iPad or MacBook. You may also access them using your personal device (i.e., desktop, laptop, cell phone).
Please note, some of these systems utilize the SSO (single sign-on) system, which is currently disabled. If you are used to seeing the MyCVTC login prior to entering a system, you will not be able to access it if you don't already have an open session on your device.
