Overview of OneDrive & SharePoint
- OneDrive is your personal storage space. It's the equivalent of your N:\ drive. You can choose to share individual files and folders with others, but you should largely treat it as a place for files relevant to just you.
- SharePoint is the place for you and your team to have a shared library to store files. It's the equivalent of S:\ drive folders. If you foresee files being relevant to other members of your team, they should be stored here.
- Both OneDrive and SharePoint can be accessed in Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS.
