Sign in

1. If prompted, tap preferred language.
   Tap the ✔, in the upper right hand corner.
2. Tap Sign in.
3. Enter your CVTC email address.
   Tap Go.
4. Enter your CVTC password.
   Tap Go.
5. If prompted to Update Android, tab Skip for now.
6. Approve DUO Push.
7. Follow the on-screen prompts to get to the Home Screen.
   • From the home screen you can see Missed Calls, Calls, People, Calendar, and Voicemail. You can tap on your picture, in the upper right hand corner, to change your teams status or message. Here you can also access settings.

Phone Lock

IT recommends setting a pin on your phone so others do not have access to your voicemail, calendar, recent calls etc. To set your pin follow the steps below:

1. Tap your picture, in the upper right hand corner.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Device Settings.
4. Tap Phone Lock.
5. Tap the slider next to Lock Enable.
6. Enter Pin.
7. Confirm Pin.
8. Tap Done.
9. Tap the ✔, in the upper right hand corner.

To lock the phone, hold the # button for 3-5 seconds.

To unlock the phone, tap the lock and enter your PIN.

Sign out

1. Tap your picture, in the upper right hand corner.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Sign out.
