Printing - Troubleshooting

  1. Are you connected to cvtc-wifi?
    • If you are connected to cvtcevents you will not be able to connect to any CVTC printers.
  2. Restart your machine.
    • If you haven't already done so, please restart your PC or laptop.
  3. Refresh your printers.
    • If you already have My Printers open.
      • Click Refresh, next to My printers.

    • To refresh printers from the desktop screen . .
      • Right click on the Printer icon, in the lower right hand corner of your task bar.

      • Click Refresh my printers now.

      • You will get a popup that states Updating printers...

  4. Are your printers installed?
    • Right click on the Printer icon, in the lower right hand corner of your task bar.

    • Click View my printers.
      View Printers

    • You should see 2 printers listed, BW_FollowME and COLOR_FollowMe.
      • If you don't see any printers listed then you will need to go to the Company Portal and install Papercut Print Deploy Client to reinstall your printers.
