Printing - Troubleshooting
- Are you connected to cvtc-wifi?
- If you are connected to cvtcevents you will not be able to connect to any CVTC printers.
- Restart your machine.
- If you haven't already done so, please restart your PC or laptop.
- Refresh your printers.
- If you already have My Printers open.
- Click Refresh, next to My printers.
- Click Refresh, next to My printers.
- To refresh printers from the desktop screen . .
- Right click on the Printer icon, in the lower right hand corner of your task bar.
- Click Refresh my printers now.
- You will get a popup that states Updating printers...
- Right click on the Printer icon, in the lower right hand corner of your task bar.
- If you already have My Printers open.
- Are your printers installed?
- Right click on the Printer icon, in the lower right hand corner of your task bar.
- Click View my printers.
- You should see 2 printers listed, BW_FollowME and COLOR_FollowMe.
- If you don't see any printers listed then you will need to go to the Company Portal and install Papercut Print Deploy Client to reinstall your printers.
- Right click on the Printer icon, in the lower right hand corner of your task bar.
