Adobe Acrobat Sign Overview

Adobe Acrobat Sign is an online document management tool for files requiring signatures. It enables individuals to send, sign, track, and store documents electronically, eliminating the need for paper-based processes.

Overview

Adobe Acrobat Sign is a secure digital signature solution that enables users to prepare, send, electronically sign and manage documents. It simplifies the signing process and improves productivity in a paperless environment.

Access Adobe Sign

    1. From the Employee commons site, hover over Systems & Tools (1) and click the Adobe Sign (2) link.


    2. Enter your CVTC email address (1) and click the Continue (2) button.


      If prompted, enter your CVTC password (1) and click the Sign in (2) button.


      If prompted, complete your Duo approval.


    3. Your dashboard for Adobe Sign will be shown. From this screen you will be able to create and send agreements for signature as well as managing agreements that have been sent. Agreements are linked to the account from which they are sent.

    Adobe Acrobat Sign Dashboard

    1. The Home screen of the dashboard contains links to tools to prepare, send, and manage agreements.
      The tools can be accessed from the links in the main navigation (1), the e-signature button (2), or card section (3).
      The statistics show how many sent agreements have not been completed and how many are waiting for your action (4).
      Settings for your account can be found by clicking your profile button (5) then Profile settings.
      The Help button (6) has explanation and tours for the tools within Adobe Acrobat Sign. 

    Adobe Sign Profile

    1. Your Adobe Sign profile settings can be accessed by clicking your profile button (1) then Profile settings (2).


    2. Personal Preferences can be set from your account by clicking on the item from the navigation menu.
      • My Profile - change your account name, initials, phone number, company job title, time zone, and measurement unit.
      • Access Token - lists services that are allowed to share your Adobe Sign account data.
      • My Email Footer - text to show on the bottom of transaction e-mails.
      • Auto Delegation - all agreements that are sent to your account can be automatically forward to another account.
      • My Notifications - change email or event notifications for agreements and triggers.
      • Shared Notifications - same as My Notifications but for shared agreements.
      • My Signature - add your signature and initials.
      • Language Preferences
      • View Other Accounts - basic sharing allows you to view agreements that have been shared from a different account.
      • Share My Account - share all of the agreements in your account with another user.
