Work Study -

1. Remove any CVTC tags/stickers.
2. Wipe Storage from BIOS.
3. Remove BIOS Password.
4. Change SATA to ACHI.
5. Check battery status.
6. Reset BIOS to factory default.
7. Add Battery % to lower right hand corner of checklist slip.
8. Install Windows 10 from flash drive.
9. Confirm BIOS configuration
10. Clean Screen
11. Clean device

Technician - 

1. Double check all of the above are done and 2nd initial the checklist.
2. Assess laptop for ware and battery %.
3. Write price of laptop in the upper left-hand corner.
