Our Mission is to integrate sustainable practices into every aspect of our printing operations. We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint through the use of energy-efficient printers, eco-friendly consumables, and advanced digital solutions. By promoting responsible recycling and minimizing waste, we aim to deliver high-quality, cost-effective printing solutions that support both our clients' needs and our planet's well-being. We strive to educate and empower our stakeholders to make informed choices that contribute to a greener, more sustainable world.

Our Vision is to lead the way in eco-friendly printing solutions, fostering a sustainable future where every print leaves a positive impact on the environment. We aspire to be recognized as the benchmark for sustainable printing practices, inspiring others to adopt innovative and responsible approaches to printing.

Our Goals:

  1. Promote a Paperless Office:
    • Encourage the use of digital signatures, electronic invoicing, and online collaboration tools to minimize the need for printed documents.
    • Gradually transition to a paperless office environment where feasible.
    • Move MFP's to common areas for easy access to Students, Faculty, and Staff.
  2. Track and Report Progress:
    • Monitor energy consumption, paper usage, and waste generated by printing activities.
    • Set measurable targets for reducing environmental impact and report progress regularly to stakeholders.
  3. Educate and Engage Employees:
    • Provide training and resources to employees on sustainable printing practices.
    • Encourage staff to be mindful of their printing habits and to opt for digital alternatives whenever possible.
  4. Reduce Energy Consumption:
    • Implement the use of energy-efficient printers with ENERGY STAR® certification.
    • Enable automatic sleep and power-down modes on all printers to conserve energy when not in use.
