Flex Workstations: How to Use Them
We have flex workstations available across our campuses for employees working away from their assigned desks. These spaces are open to both staff and faculty and are equipped to handle PC use, CVTC-issued laptops, or personal laptops. Here’s a quick guide to help you navigate and use the equipment available in these spaces.
Display Options
HDMI = CVTC or Personal Laptop or Macbook
USB-C = CVTC or Personal Laptop or Macbook
DP = PC
Laptop
- Plug in your Laptop or Macbook using the cables labeled Laptop Display.This will be either the HDMI or USB-C cable.
- If your device does not automatically display to the monitor, please continue.
- Press the Joystick button, located on the backside of the right hand side of the monitor.
