1. Log into your CVTC Padlet account.
   
   
2. Click + Make link then click a recipe or Blank board to create a new Padlet.
   
   
3. Click the title (1), rename to match your activity (2), and then click Done (3).
   
   
   Optionally adjust the Appearance, Layout, Engagement, Posts, Content, and Advanced settings to match your learning objectives.
   Click the X or anywhere on the board to close the Settings panel.
   
   
4. Click the (+) button, in the bottom-right corner, to open the post window or double-click anywhere on the board.
   
   
   
5. Depending on your settings, it might not be possible to add a video without adjusting the fields. Click the + Fields link.
   
   
   
6. Click the Attachment item.
   
   
   
7. Click the Custom button (1), click to place a checkmark before Video recorder (2), then click the Save button (3).
   
   
   
8. Click the < or anywhere on the board to close the Post fields panel.
   
   
9. Add some instructions to your post, then click the Publish button.
   
   
   
10. Use Settings > Posts to show the poster's name and timestamp at the top of the post. See this KB article for more information.
    
    
11. Use the Share button to set the Link privacy or to copy the link. See this KB article for more information.

Student View

1. Students will create a post in the same way as you did for the initial post.
