We’re excited to introduce the seamless integration of Khanmigo Teacher Tools directly within Canvas. Khanmigo leverages Khan Academy content to simplify AI for educators and generate high-quality, trustworthy tools. It includes 20+ AI-powered tools that accelerate common tasks like writing letters of recommendation, brainstorming discussion prompts, creating individualized learning plans, and more. 

By accessing Khanmigo from Canvas, instructors can smoothly transition between planning, grading, and student communication without switching tabs, all within the Canvas platform.

Adding Khanmigo into the Course Navigation

1. Click on settings in the course navigation bar.
    
2. Click the Navigation tab.
   
   
   

3. Navigation links that are visible to all users display in the top of the page [1]. The order they display in the list is the order in which they display in Course Navigation.

   Navigation links that are hidden from students display in the Drag items here to hide them from students section [2].
    
   
   

4. To add Khanmigo, find Khanmigo at the bottom of the Drag items here to hide them from students list. Drag and drop Khanmigo to the desired location using the 8 dot move icon. 
   
   
   
   
5. Pay attention to the LMS requirements and the order of the course navigation bar. Add Khanmigo below Canvas Help. 
   
   
   
6. Click the Save button
