iOS Student Email Set Up


These instructions are for the iOS email app that is pre-loaded on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.

  1. Tap Settings.

  3. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

  5. Tap Add Account.

  7. Tap Exchange.

  9. Enter the following information:
    • Email: full email address:
    • Password: MyCVTC password.
    • Description: Change to whatever you would like.
  10. Tap Next.

  12. If you are being prompted to enter a server and domain, please see troubleshooting steps below:
    • Make sure you are entering the correct email address ( and password (MyCVTC passowrd).
    • Make sure that your MyCVTC password has not expired. You will receive emails to your student email 2 weeks before your password expires. If your password has expired, then you may have issues logging into your student email. If you think your MyCVTC password has expired, see Change My Expired Password to change it.
    • Check your signal strength. If your connection is weak, it may not work. Try using a different connection.
    • If you are still experiencing issues, please try again later or call (715-830-5555) or stop down to the Service Desk and we would be happy to assist you further.

  13. Turn on or off what you want synced, tap Save.
