Email - Add Account Android

  1. Tap Settings.

  2. Tap Accounts or Passwords & accounts.
    Passwords & Accounts

  3. Tap Accounts.
    Accounts

  4. Tap Add account.
    Add Account

  5. Tap Exchange.
    Tap Exchange

  6. Enter your CVTC email address, username@cvtc.edu.
    • Enter username@student.cvtc.edu, if you are a student only.
    Tap NEXT.
    Enter CVTC Email

  7. Enter your CVTC password.
    Tap NEXT.
    Password

  8. Click OK.
    click ok

  9. If prompted enter the following information:
    • Domain/Username: CVTC Username
      • Some Androids may require the full email address, username@cvtc.edu or sername@student.cvtc.edu, instead of the username.
    • Password: CVTC Password
    • Server: outlook.office365.com
    • Port: 443

    Incoming server settings

  10. Click OK.
    click ok

  11. Click Activate.
    Activate

  12. Enter an Account name (optional).
    Enter account name
