Submitting a Purchase Request

CVTC standard work station includes: desktop PC, one monitor, standard keyboard/mouse and phone. If there is different equipment required, a purchase request must be submitted by the employee's supervisor. The supervisor must submit an incident with the IT Service Desk (https://servicedesk.cvtc.edu/CookieAuth.dll?GetLogon?curl=Z2F&reason=0&formdir=9), and include department budget numbers.

Requests would include: a second monitor, laptop instead of a desktop, wireless keyboard/mouse instead of a standard keyboard/mouse, wireless headsets or specific software licenses.
