PaperCut Client

If you didn't get the Print Job Notification pop-up, and your document is not printing, it is likely that your PaperCut client is not running.

To check to see if PaperCut is running:

  1. Click the arrow in the lower right hand corner of the task bar, by the date and time.

  3. You should see the PaperCut icon listed.

  5. MUST USE INTERNET EXPLORER: If the PaperCut icon is NOT listed, click \\s-papercutmf-01\pcclient\win\pc-client-local-cache.exe, when prompted click Run. This should force the PaperCut client to start running again. Once PaperCut is running, it will allow all print jobs sitting in the print queue to print.
