Install

1. Navigate to https://vpn.cvtc.edu.
   Enter your Commons username and password.
   Click LOG IN.
   
   
   
2. Find your operating system and click to download client.
   
   
   
3. Follow the install prompts.
4. Click Next.
   
   
   
5. Click Next.
   
   
   
6. Click Next.
   
   
   
7. Click Close.
   • If you get an error during installation, please try installing Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013 and restart the installation.
   
   
   
   

Sign On

1. If the VPN does not automatically open, click Start Menu > Palo Alto Networks > GlobalProtect.
   
   
   
2. Enter vpn.cvtc.edu.
   Click Connect.
   
   
   
3. Enter your Commons username and password.
   Click Sign In.
   
   
   
4. To verify the client is running, click the arrow in the lower corner of the task bar and hover over the globe looking icon. There it will tell you if you are connected or disconnected to the VPN.
