It is your responsibility to make sure your workstation is set up ergonomically correct. Attached are ergonomic checklists to see if your workstation is ergonomically correct and how to correct it if it is not.

An ergonomic assessment may be conducted by Human Resources upon request. If this is desired, please have your manager contact HR to schedule the assessment.
