It is your responsibility to make sure your workstation is set up ergonomically correct.  Attached are ergonomic checklists to see if your workstation is ergonomically correct and how to correct it if it is not.

An ergonomic assessment may be conducted by Human Resources upon request. If this is desired, please have your manager contact HR to schedule the assessment.

Please note: equipment requests such as keyboards, mice, lift desks, keyboard trays, headphones, chairs, etc. must be approved by your manager. Once approved, your manager can submit a request through IT (including department budget numbers) and IT will order and install the equipment.
