WebEx for Web Conferencing Classes - Students

  1. Click the WebEx link given to you by your instructor, usually found under course description in E360.
  2. Enter your name and student email address (username@student.cvtc.edu). Click Join Now.

  4. Choose your audio option.
    • To use Phone, call the number listed and, when prompted, enter the access code and your attendee ID.
    • To use the computer for audio, click Call Using Computer.

  5. Click Test under Speaker and Microphone. Once both are configured, click OK.

  7. You should see Connected under Audio Conference.
