Employee Email - Outlook App
- Download Microsoft Outlook from the App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store.
- Open App
- Tap Get Started.
- Get Notified
Tap No Thanks to skip notifications or tap Notify Me to receive notifications.
- Enter CVTC email address (email@example.com).
Tap Add Account.
- Tap Exchange.
Password: CVTC Password
Description: Enter Description
Tap Use Advanced Settings.
Username: CVTC Username
Tap Sign In.
- Would you like to add another account?
Tap Maybe Later or Lets Do It!
- Next you will be taken through a short tutorial on how to use the Outlook app.

- Enable Notifications
Tap No Thanks or Turn On.
Your Inbox is the default screen.
To search for an email click the magnifying glass, at the bottom of the screen.
To view your calendar tap Calendar, a the bottom of the screen.
- To View other folders in your inbox tap , in the upper left hand corner.
- All of your inbox folders and other folders should be listed.
