Smart Phone - Outlook Add Email Account

  1. Download Microsoft Outlook from the App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store.
  2. Open App.
  3. Enter your CVTC email address,
    • Enter, if you are a student only.
    Tap Add Account.
  4. Enter your CVTC password.
    Tap Sign in.

  5. Would you like to add another account?
    Tap Maybe Later or Add.

  6. Enable Notifications
    Tap No Thanks or Turn On.

  7. Your Inbox is the default screen.
    To search for an email click the magnifying glass, at the top right.
    To view your calendar tap Calendar, a the bottom of the screen.

  8. To view folders tap your initial, in the upper left hand corner.

  9. All of your inbox folders and other folders are listed.
