Smart Phone - Outlook Add Email Account

  1. Download Microsoft Outlook from the App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store.
  2. Open App
  3. Enter your CVTC email address, username@student.cvtc.edu.
    • Enter username@student.cvtc.edu, if you are a student only.
    Tap Add Account.

  5. Enter your CVTC username and password.
    Tap LOGIN.

  7. Would you like to add another account?
    Tap Maybe Later or Lets Do It!.

  9. Next you will be taken through a short tutorial on how to use the Outlook app.
    (you can skip this tutorial clicking Skip)

  11. Enable Notifications
    Tap No Thanks or Turn On.

  13. Your Inbox is the default screen.
    To search for an email click the magnifying glass, at the bottom of the screen.
    To view your calendar tap Calendar, a the bottom of the screen.

  15. To View other folders in your inbox tap the triple bar, in the upper left hand corner.

  17. All of your inbox folders and other folders are listed.
