1. How can I change my program?
To change a program, you will need to complete a new application on the CVTC public website. You can start a new application by clicking “Apply today” in the upper right-hand corner followed by “I’m ready to apply.” If you have an active application portal, you will be able to log in with your email and password. If you do not have an application portal set up, one will need to be created.
2. I already paid the $30 fee, how do I skip payment?
The $30 application fee is a one-time fee for students. If you have paid previously, please indicate you are a “continuing student” in your application. At the end of the application when payment is requested, you will be able to click a link indicated you have previously paid the fee
3. How do I change my semester start date?
If you would like to request a one-time delay for your program, please send an email to email@example.com indicating which semester you’d like to start. This can also be done if you are interested and eligible to start pre-program courses. To see if you are eligible to begin pre-program courses prior to starting in your core program, please contact your academic advisor directly.
5. How can I check that status of my application?
You can check the status of your application by logging into your application portal. You can find the application portal by clicking “Apply Today” in the upper right-hand corner of the CVTC public website followed by “log into the application portal.” Here you will be able to see the status of your application, along with any outstanding admissions requirements necessary to complete the application process.
