Tuition
1. How can I view my account balance?
You can check your account balance at any time by logging onto your Cashier Connection account through SIS. This can be done by clicking SIS, at the top of the main Commons page, and select “Cashier Connection” under the Student tab. This page will show your current account balance with calculated financial aid (if applicable).
2. How much does CVTC charge per credit?
CVTC currently charges $134.20 per credit for Wisconsin and Minnesota residents and $201.30 per credit for out-of-state residents. Students must have 12 months of residency in Wisconsin or Minnesota to be eligible for in-state tuition costs. Information regarding tuition and fees can be found on our Pay for College page.
3. How can I make a tuition payment?
You can make a tuition payment online, over the phone, or in person. If you are looking to pay online, you can do so in Cashier Connection by clicking “make a payment.” If you’d like to pay over the phone, please call Student Central at 715-833-6200. Please note that we can only accept debit and credit cards over the phone. You can also pay in person in Student Central in room 113 of the Business Education Center. You can pay in person with cash, check, or card.
4. When is tuition due?
Tuition due dates are based on your enrollment in classes. You can find tuition due dates in Commons by clicking the Pay for College tab, followed by the yellow box with tuition, fees, and due dates on the right side of the page. Failure to have payment in place prior to a payment due date could potentially result in late fees, registration holds, and/or being dropped from classes.
