Outlook - Add E-mail or Domain to Blocked Senders List

Blocked senders are people and domains you don't want to receive email messages from. Messages received from any email address or domain listed in your blocked senders list are sent directly to your Junk Email folder.

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click Junk > Junk E-mail Options

  4. Click Blocked Senders.
    Click Add.
  5. BlockSenderList02.png

  6. Enter an email address or domain.
    Click OK.
  7. BlockSenderList03.png

  8. Click OK.

  10. Your email address or domain is now added to the Blocked Senders list.
