Call Forwarding

  1. Navigate to:
  2. Enter your MyCVTC username and password.
    Click Log On.
    • If you get an error when trying to log in, you may have to enter cvtc\username.
  3. CitrixLogin

  4. If you are prompted to install Citrix Receiver, click Use lite version.

  6. Click APPS to show a list of all applications available to you.

  8. Click Internet Explorer 11.

  10. Type https://cm1/ccmuser, into the address bar.
    Click Continue to the website.

  12. Enter your CVTC username and password.
    Click Sign In.

  14. Click Call Forwarding.
    Check Forward calls to.
    Click Add a new number.

  16. Enter the phone number, with a 21 in front of it, and no dashes (Ex.217155555555).
    Click Save.
