Microsoft Authenticator - Smart Device App
- Download and install Microsoft Authenticator app from App Store or Google Play.
- Tap Add account (or the + in the upper right hand corner if you already have an existing account(s)).
- Tap Work or school account.
- Tap Sign in.
- Enter your CVTC email address.
- Employee: email@example.com
- Student: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Enter your CVTC password.
Tap Sign in.
- To enable Sign-in with your phone, tap Continue*.
- *This is recommended for all students and employees.
- Tap Register.
- Tap Finish, when account is successfully added.
- At the bottom you will find:
- Verified IDs
- Tap your CVTC account for more options.
- Account Info includes:
- Notifications/Passwordless sign-in enabled
- One-Time password code
- Enable/Diable phone sign-in
- Change password
- Update security info
- Review recent activity
- Click HERE to add, remove, or edit your sign-in method(s).
