Third-Party Cookie Settings for Chrome Web Browser (PC/Mac/Chromebook)

If content is not loading in your Chrome web browser, enabling third-party cookies may resolve the issue.

Learning materials posted to Canvas are sometimes hosted on third-party websites, including content such as eBooks & related activities, MyOpenMath, H5P, and other similar items. When third-party cookies are blocked by your web browser, these materials may fail to load.

If you are unable to view these materials, you may need to adjust your third-party cookie settings.

Open your Google Chrome settings by clicking the kebab (vertical three dots) menu in the upper right corner, then selecting Settings.
On the left navigation menu of your Chrome settings, select Privacy and security settings, then click Third-party cookies.
Click the selection to Allow third-party cookies.
When finished, reload the page to verify that the content has loaded.
