Deleting Cached E-mail Addresses - Outlook Web App
Clear a single cached item
- From MyCVTC, log into your employee email.
- Click New Email.
- Start typing your email address. Use the arrow keys to highlight the name you would like to delete. Hit the Delete key.
- Click the To... button.
- Find the name in the address book and double click it. Click OK. This will give you a new cached name.
