1. How do I request an official transcript?
You can access your official transcript by logging onto your SIS account and selecting "Student Records" under the Student tab. The very last option will say "Request official transcript". Regular official transcripts are $6 and take about 48 hours for processing prior to being sent out and/or available for pick-up. Expedited transcripts take 24 hours for processing prior to being sent out and/or available for pick-up. Click here for step-by-step instructions.
2. How can I get an unofficial transcript?
You can access your unofficial transcript by logging onto your SIS account and selecting "Student Records" under the Student tab. You will then select "Academic Transcript.” Students can print off their unofficial transcripts as needed. Click here for step-by-step instructions.
3. How can I request verification of enrollment?
You can complete an enrollment verification request by clicking "Enrollment Verification" under the Student tab in your SIS account. This will bring you to the National Student Clearinghouse website, where you can complete the verification as needed.
4. How can I get a replacement diploma?
The diploma request form is located under “Records and Registration” in the “Forms” link on your MyCVTC account. Replacement diplomas will be processed after the $5 fee is received.
5. How do I get my test scores sent to another college?
If you have taken an assessment (i.e. HESI, Accuplacer, Tailwind, etc.) at CVTC and would like the results sent to another institution, you can complete the “Assessment Score Report Request” form located in the “Forms” link in your MyCVTC account. Completed forms can be submitted via email to email@example.com or in person in room 113 of the Business Education Center. Regular requests are $6 for processing and expedited requests will be $15. Payment is required prior to assessment scores being sent out.
