How Do I Find My Secret Question?

  1. Navigate to Account Information.
  2. Fill in all the required fields.
  3. If you do not know your username, click FIND USERNAME.
  4. If you do not know your ID Number, click FIND ID NUMBER.
  5. Click FIND ACCOUNT INFO.

  6. If your information matches what we have on file, your information will be displayed.
  7. If you cannot be located in the system, please call 715-830-5555, and a technician will be able to assist you further.
