Change My Password

***If at any point you run into issues changing your password, please call our IT Service Desk, 715-830-5555, and we would be happy to assist you further.***
  1. Go to the MyCVTC log in page,
    • Note: If you are already logged into MyCVTC, you will need to click Sign Out.  If you are not directed back to the MyCVTC Secure Login page, please navigate back to that page (see Step 1).

  2. Click Forgot Password?

  4. Fill in all the fields. Your Secret Answer: is case sensitive and must match what we have on file. Click Submit.

  6. If you have met the password requirements, and your information matches what we have on file, you will get a success message. Close the window and log into MyCVTC with your new password.
  7. If you get an error, your secret question/answer combo does NOT match what we have on file OR you are not meeting CVTC's Password Requirements. If you are unsure what the secret question or answer is, please call the IT Service Desk, 715-830-5555.

  8. ***Changing your MyCVTC password will also change your E360 password and your email password.***
