Microsoft Teams - Create Meeting

  1. Open Microsoft Teams.
  2. Click Calendar, on the left hand side.
    Click + New Meeting.

  4. Fill out the Meeting Details.
    Click Send, when finished.

  6. Double click the Meeting to open it.

  8. Click Join.

  10. Click Join Now.
    • You can turn your Web Cam and/or Mic on or off here before you join the meeting.

  12. During your meeting you can:
    • Turn Camera On/Off.
    • Turn Mic On/Off.
    • Share Screen.
    • More Options.
    • See Chat.
    • See Participants.
    • End Call

  14. More Options
    • Here you can enter full screen mode, change background, and turn on live captions.

  16. See Participants.
    • Here you can invite more participants and see who has or has not joined the meeting.
