Outlook Web App - Create Email Signature

  1. Log into Commons.
    Click Outlook, at the top of the page.

  2. Click the gear, in the upper right hand corner.
    Click View all Outlook Settings.

  3. Click Mail > Compose and reply.
    Type or edit your signature.
    Check when you want your signature automatically included.
    Click Save.
    Mail > Compose
