Student Email - How to Set Up my Email Signature in the Outlook Web App
1. Open your student email. Click the gear in the top right corner. At the bottom of the scroll menu, select 'Mail'.
2. On the left hand side, under 'Layout' click 'Email Signature'.
3. Click the two check boxes to ensure your email signature is included on any new message you send, forward, or reply to. Then, in the text box below type and format your email signature. You cannot go wrong with 'Thank you,' and then your name and contact information. Please be sure to capitalize letters where appropriate - including the first letter in your first and last name. Try to stay away from fonts and colors that are difficult to read. Keep your email signature appropriate and professional.
4. When you are done editing, click 'Save'. Then click 'Options' to go back to your inbox.
