Microsoft Authenticator - Self-Enroll
Self-enrollment pulls information we have on file for you. It is recommended to make sure that your phone number and alternate email are up to date before self-enrolling. Please click HERE for instructions on how to view/edit your personal information.
- Open the Self Enrollment link.
 - Enter your CVTC email address.
- Employee: username@cvtc.edu
 - Student: username@student.cvtc.edu
 

 - Click Return to Student Commons.

 - When you are brought back to the Commons, you will be prompted to authenticate with the phone number(s) we have on file for you.
- If we do not have a phone number on file or it is the wrong phone number, you please follow these steps HERE.

 - Choose Text or Call.
- If you have multiple phone numbers listed in SIS then all those options will be listed. Click here for instructions on how to check or update your personal information.

 - If you choose Text, enter the code.
- If you chose Call me, answer the call and follow the prompts of the call.
