Google - Launching Your CVTC Google G Suite Account


Follow the directions below to launch your free CVTC Google G Suite account.

  1. Open Google Chrome.
    • Don't have Google Chrome, download here.
  2. Navigate to https://accounts.google.com.
  3. Enter your CVTC email address, username@student.cvtc.edu.
    Click Next.

  5. Enter your CVTC password.
    Click Next.
    • If Google doesn't accept your MyCVTC password, you must reset your MyCVTC password. Click here to reset it.

  7. Google may need to "Verify it's you".
    Enter your phone number, to get a text message.
    Click Next.

  9. Enter the 6-digit code.
    Click Next.

  11. Click CONFIRM to continue.
    • If you want to add a recovery phone number or email click UPDATE. This step is NOT required.

  13. Click your initial, in the upper right hand corner.

  15. Click Drive.

You have access to your CVTC Google G Suite account for 12 months after your last day of class at CVTC. Please make sure that you transfer any documents that you may need to a personal account or download them to a personal device.
