Google - How to Convert a Google Doc to a Word Document
1. Open the Google Doc that you would like to convert to a Microsoft Word document. Next click 'File', hover on 'Download as', and select 'Microsoft Word'.
** Please note that you can convert a Google Sheet to a Microsoft Excel document and a Google Slide to a Microsoft PowerPoint document by following the same steps.
2. The file will download to the bottom left of your Internet browser. You can double click on the file name to open the Microsoft Word document and save to your specific folder on your computer.
3. The file will also appear in your computer's 'Downloads' folder.
